Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Nirmal Bag strive to offer quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at nirmalbag21@gmail.com or call +91 82382 66573.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

• You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at nirmalbag21@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video/photo (for damage/wrong item cases)

• We will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability in your area).

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• For COD orders, bank details will be required for refund processing.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Items without original packaging

• Personalized/customized products

• Products returned without prior approval

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

• If your refund hasn’t been received within 7 working days:

  • Recheck your bank/payment account

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
